Our Hot Salt Beef sandwiches and bagels contain Irish brisket (never silverside), traditionally cured, then hand cooked till "fork" tender using Nana Fanny's recipe & technique. Salt Beef isn't just boiled beef. The Brisket has to be brought to a precise temperature when the fat renders down and is forced back out through the meat creating a buttersoft texture that melts In your mouth rather than a dry, stringy boiled beef.

Our bagels are either NewYork style (a bit softer & chewy) or traditional Beigels (yes spelt correctly) boiled & baked every morning (depending on the weather. Fresh baked beigels taste best, but donít last long in the cold) and delivered fresh from Brick Lane.
Our Rye bread again is baked every morning and delivered fresh.
Our falafels are served as wraps with humus, tahini, handmade chilli, pickled turnips, lettuce, tomatoes & cucumber salad and red cabbage salad all wrapped in a delicious Lebanese bread or Khoubiz. £5. They are both vegetarian and vegan friendly.
