With cooking taking up to 6 hours, most of our wholesale customers say they don’t have time, facilities or want to cook their own salt beef and pastrami and this is where we come in. With our cooked salt beef and pastrami, simply, slice and serve

Our raw salt beef will arrive brined and vac packed ensuring a good shelf life. Simply open, create a cooking stock, cook and serve. We can trim to order and ensure you get the right cuts for your business. Fat is where the flavour is. Lean is often what the customer wants.

We currently charge £18.70 per cooked kilo and £13.80 per raw kilo ready for you to cook yourself. We now also offer a slicing service.

We offer a NEXT DAY delivery for all orders placed before 11am Monday to Thursday (please check our shipping policy for full t&c’s)

If your looking for a wholesale supplier of cooked or raw salt beef or New York Katz Deli style pastrami, contact us.  Our salt beef and pastrami can be delivered nationally and usually next day.  We will brine it, cook it, then vacuum pack it in bags suitable for reheating meaning you simply immerse into a pot of simmering water and it’s ready to serve.
